Order Processing
At Zivoca, we take care to prepare your wellness products quickly and accurately.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier’s first scan.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout.
Zivoca is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an address issue, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please:

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, email us at support@zivoca. We’ll assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when appropriate.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with the following:

Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
We’ll make it right quickly.
International Shipping
At this time, Zivoca ships only within the United States.
If international shipping is added in the future, this policy will be updated.
Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the product page will indicate the estimated shipping timeframe.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately depending on availability.
